摘　　要：本文简要论述了软件项目、软件项目管理及国土资源信息化建设特点,概括分析了国土资源行业的软件项目特点,总结了我国国土资源未来信息化发展趋势,同时结合当今信息化及国土资源行业软件项目特征。In this article, the characteristics of the software project and its management as well as the characteristics of land and resources informatization are briefly discussed; the feature of land and resource software project is analyzed; and the future developing trend of land and resources informatization is summarized. According to the characteristics of today＂ s informatization and land and resources software project, this article calls for attentions to some problems in the management of the outsourced software project.
