摘　　要：介绍金属针布钢丝球化退火的目的,对Φ1.02,2.16 mm 2种金属针布合金钢丝低温球化退火的温度和时间进行比较,研究其对最终碳化物球粒度的影响,比较2种钢丝的退火组织,探索2种钢丝低温球化的最佳工艺。To introduce the aim of spheroidizing anneal of steel wire for metallic card clothing. The low temperature spheroidizing anneal temperature and time of diameter 1.02 mm and diameter 2.16 mm, which is two kinds Of special alloy steel wire for metallic card clothing, are compared. The effects of temperature and time on granularity of final carbide are researched. The anneal microstructure of two kinds of steel wire are compared, and the optimal process of low temperature spheriodizing of the wires are explored.
