摘  要:方法采用解吸除氧工艺,对热采蒸汽发生器水质进行处理。目的解决胜利油区注汽站水源水含氧量高.从而导致蒸汽发生器炉管和注汽管线严重腐蚀的问题。结果解吸除氧工艺在胜利油区与蒸汽发生器配套应用后,可将水质含氧量由6~14m/L,降至0.03~0.10mg/L,再经辅助化学除氧,可将水质含氧量降至0.01mg/L以下.达到了水质含氧标准。结论采用解吸除氧工艺使其能满足蒸汽发生器水质除氧的要求。与常规热力、真空除氧相比,具有运行费用少,经济效益显著以及工艺流程简单、占地面积小.安装操作方便的特点。同时对防止隔热管碱脆,减轻地层中二氧化硅溶解而造成油层堵塞是很有利的。Method Water quality in thermal recovery steam generator is treated by using desorption-deoxidization technology. Purpose To solve the problem of serious corrosion in boilertube and steam injection line of steam generator caused by high oxygenated water in steaminjection station of Shengli oil field. Result After application of desorption-deoxidizationtechnology with steam generator in Shengli oil field, the oxygen content of water reducesfrom 6~ 14 mg/L. to 0. 03~0. 10 mg/L; with the addition of auxiliary chemical deoxidization, the oxygen content of water will reduce below 0. 01 mg/L, and reach the standard ofwater oxygen content. Conclusion Desorption-deoxidization technology can meet the requirement of deoxidizalion from water in steam generator. Comparing with conventionalthermal and vacuum deoxidization, this technology needs less operation cost, its economicbenefit is obvious, its technological process is simpler, it occupies less area and is easy to install and operate. Meanwhile, this technology is helpful for preventing caustic embrittlementof insulating tube, reducing reservoir plugging caused by silica dissolution in the formation.
