摘　　要：“广义冷脆特征温度”是解理特征应力理论提出的一个可定量评定结构钢材及其构件冷脆倾向的新的特征参量。本文介绍它的概念、特征及工程意义。In the cleavage characteristic stress theory a new characteristic parameter “generalized characteristic transition temperature of brittleness” has been proposed for quantitative evaluation of susceptibility to low temperature brittle ness of structural steels and their components. The present paper introduces its concept, feature and engineering value.
