摘　　要：通过对初冷器的综合测试,得到煤气的流量、温度、煤气杂质成分、冷却水的流量和温度等热工参数。利用这些参数计算了冷却水的吸热量、冷却水与煤气的换热系数、喷淋密度等指标,分析了影响初冷器换热的各种因素,并提出了改善初冷器操作,提高冷却效果的建议。Through the comprehensive measurement of primary cooler, the thermotechnical parameters, such as flow rate, temperature, impurity components of gas, flow rate and temperature of cooling water etc. are obtained. The indexes, such as heat absorption capacity of cooling water and heat exchange coefficient of cooling water and gas, spraying density and so on are calculated by utilization of these parameters. The various factors affecting the heat exchange of the primary cooler are analyzed and suggestions are made for improving the primary cooler operation and raising the cooling efficiency.
