中药熏蒸结合运动疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫痉挛临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏蒸结合运动疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫痉挛的临床疗效。方法60例患者平均、随机分为运动疗法组和中药熏蒸结合运动疗法组,并给予相应治疗,疗程4周。观察痉挛临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer运动功能和功能独立性评定表(运动部分)评分变化。结果中药熏蒸结合运动疗法组患肢肌张力改善总有效率、Fugl-Meyer运动功能和FIM(运动部分)评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药蒸熏结合运动疗法能明显改善脑卒中偏瘫肢体痉挛,提高其运动功能和功能独立性。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal steaming plus kinetotherapy in the treatment of poststroke hemiplegic spasticity. Methods Sixty subjects were equally randomized into two groups： control group in which kinetotherapy was given and treatment group in which herbal steaming plus kinetotherapy was given, with a course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, Fulg-Meyer and functional independence （F1M） scores were assessed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate for spasticity, Fulg-Meyer and FIM scores were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Herbal steaming plus kinetotherapy is rather effective to relieve spasticity, increase movement function and functional independence.
