镇惊泻火合剂治疗失眠症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察镇惊泻火合剂治疗失眠症的疗效。方法102例失眠患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各51例,治疗组给予镇惊泻火合剂治疗,对照组服用复方枣仁胶囊,28d为1个疗程;两组患者治疗前后测SPIEGEL睡眠量表,检测中医症状积分变化,进行疗效对比。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.3%、84.3%(P>0.05);临床治愈率、显效率治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);中医症状积分、总睡眠时间、入睡时间改善率治疗组均好于对照组。结论镇惊泻火合剂治疗失眠症有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Zhenjing Xiehuo Mixture＂ in the treatment of insomnia. Methods 102 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 51 cases were treated with ＂Zhenjing Xiehuo Mixture＂ and control group in which 51 cases were treated with ＂Fufang Zaoren Capsule＂ for 28 days. The SPIEGEL scale and symptoms scores were observed. Results The total effective rate was 92.3% in treatment group and 84.3% in control group, P〉0.05; the cure rate and marked effective rate were higher in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; the symptom scores, sleeping time and sleep-inducing time were improved better in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion ＂Zhenjing Xiehuo Mixture＂ is quite effective for insomnia.
