疏血通注射液治疗瘀血阻络型胸痹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏血通注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将64例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组33例给予常规西药治疗,治疗组31例在常规西药治疗的基础上加用疏血通注射液,3周为1个疗程,观察1个疗程后两组临床症状及PAG、SICAM-1、GMP-140水平的变化情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90.32%,明显高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后血液PAG、GMP-140及部分血流变性指标水平与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论疏血通注射液对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛有良好疗效,可能与其降低黏附分子活性、抑制血小板聚集、降低血黏度的作用有关。Objective To observe the efficacy of ＂Shuxuetong injection＂ on unstable angina pectoris. Methods Sixty-four patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases were treated with conventional medicine in the control group, 31 cases were treated with ＂Shuxuetong injection＂ plus conventional medicine in the treatment group. Changes of clinical symptoms and the levels of PAG,SICAM-1,GMP-140 were measured after three-week＇s treatment. Results Total effective rate was 72.73% in control group, lower than 90.32% in treatment group, P〈0.05. There are were significant improvement for Shuxuetong group in the levels of serum PAG, SICAM-1 and GMP-140, hemorrheology indexes after therapy, P〈 0.05-0.01. Compared with the control group, the levels of serum PAG, SICAM-1 and GMP- 140, hemorheology indexes were significant lower, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion ＂Shuxuetong injection＂ is effective on unstable angina, which potentially due to down-regulate the activity of adhesion molecule, prevent platelet aggregation, reduce blood viscosity.
