摘  要:目的:筛选熟地黄中活性成分甘露三糖的最佳提取条件。方法:以高效液相蒸发光散射(HPLC-ELSD)为含量测定方法,采用正交实验,以浸膏得率和甘露三糖含量为考察指标,对甘露三糖的提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:所考察的因素中,对甘露三糖的提取工艺影响程度为:提取次数>浸提时间>加水量。结论:提取甘露三糖的最佳条件为:沸水浸提时间为6h,加4倍水,提取2次,具有工艺简单、成本低、收率稳定等优点。Objective: To optimize water extraction technology of Orthogonal design and HPLC-ELSD were used in the determination manninotriose in Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata. Methods: and assessment of the extractive yield and the content of manninotriose. Results: The importance of the factors affecting water extraction decreased in the following order: extraction frequency, extraction time, the amount of water. Conclusion: The optimum water extraction condition was as follows: four times of water, extracting two times, six hours per time. The process can be conducted simply, conveniently and inexpensively.
