摘  要:普光气田前期钻井实践表明,常规钻井液钻井技术不能满足普光气田快速开发的需要。引进空气钻井、氮气钻井、空气锤冲击钻井在普光气田上部陆相地层试验和应用,并成功拓展到须家河组地层。对气体钻井提速效果进行了对比分析,较之常规钻井液钻井机械钻速提高3~8倍,单井钻井周期缩短60~90d以上,严重漏失、井斜等复杂问题得到了较好控制,提速效果十分显著。文章分析了气体钻井在应用中存在的问题。目前气体钻井技术已经成为提速普光气田开发的核心技术,值得在普光气田及周边区块推广应用。Puguang gas field is so far oversize sea facies gas field in China.The practice shows that the conventional mud drilling techniques can not satisfy rapid exploitation need of Puguang gas field.Introducing into air drilling,nitrogen drilling and air percussion drilling were applied in Puguang upper continental facies stratum;moreover,drilled successfully into Xujiahe group stratum.By comparison with conventional mud drilling,penetration rate of gas drilling heighten 3~8 times,single drilling cycle shorten more 60~90 days,some problems such as serious leakage,borehole deviation etc.have been controlled.The text briefly analyzed current gas drilling existent questions in application.Gas drilling technology has been a core technique of quickening up Puguang gas field exploitation,and is worth popularizing and applying in Puguang and circumjacent area.
