摘 要:为了提高树脂砂控制支撑剂回流的有效率,开展了树脂砂控制支撑剂回流研究。室内实验包括树脂砂回流影响因素、树脂砂回流实验和树脂砂导流能力实验。其中树脂砂回流影响因素涉及到树脂砂固化动力学、流体与树脂砂的配伍性、施工条件和地层条件以及油气井日常作业引起的应力循环对树脂砂性能的影响。影响因素实验结果表明,树脂砂在固化2.5h时其抗压强度即可达到1.3MPa,可满足1MPa的控制支撑剂回流的要求。树脂砂抗压强度随着流体pH值的增加而增大,同时随着树脂损失率的增大而减小,树脂砂抗压强度和树脂损失率之间有良好的关联性;压裂液类型对树脂砂的性能有一定的影响;随着地层水矿化度的增加,抗压强度逐渐减小,但变化幅度不大。泵注时的剪切作用可使树脂砂抗压强度减小,树脂损失率增加。树脂砂强度随着固化温度和固化应力的增加而增大,随应力循环次数的增加而降低。在单应力和多应力回流测试中,树脂砂均未出现回流现象。与不固化时相比,固化状态下的树脂砂导流能力在高应力下有较大的提高,对井产能的影响比较小。现场试验表明,通过采用强碱性携砂液、优化泵注参数、增强树脂砂性能和减小油气井作业引起的井底压力的变化幅度和次数,可提高树脂砂防砂的成功率。In order to improve the effectiveness of resin bonded sand used to prevent propant backflow,the laboratory study about effect factors of resin bonded sand on proppant backflow was carried out.Lab testes included cure kinetics of resin bonded sand,compatibility between fracture fluid and resin bonded sand,influence of operation condition,pay formation and cycle of stress on resin bonded sand performance.The results of tests showthat the compression strength of the resin bonded sand tested reach to 1.3MPa when the proppant cure for two and a half hours at a certain temperature and pressure.This value can satisfy the need of controlling proppant backflow.The compression strength of the resin bonded sand increases with the increase of the PH of the fluids,but it decreases with the increase of the resin loss factor.There is an obvious relationship between the compression strength and the resin loss factor.Fracture fluids can affect the performance of the resin bonded sand.Shearing when proppant flow through the tube can reduce the compression strength and increase the resin loss factor.The strength of resin bonded sand increases with the growth of the curing temperature and solidification stress,it decreases with the stress cycling.The resin bonded sand can successfully avoid the proppant backflow by using carrying fluid with higher PH,optimizing pump schedule,adjusting the cure character of resin bonded sand and avoiding treatments which can lead to stress cycling at bottom hole.
