摘 要:大港油田王27断块油藏自1992年全面投入经处理过的生产井污水回注工艺开发仅6个月就表现出严重的注采矛盾:注水量快速下降水注不进,泵压已接近地层破裂压力;生产井采油量迅速递减,严重影响了油田的正常生产。通过注水井井口水样分析、注入水与井下岩心在全模拟条件下的流动实验研究表明,注入水水质不达标以及注水工艺不合理是造成吸水层损害的根本原因,其中包括:注入水中含油量超标156倍,渗透率损害25%~52%,损害深度13m;水中悬浮不溶固相颗粒粒径超标3.7倍,含量超标100倍,渗透率损害53%~66%,损害深度1.2m;腐蚀率超标;注水强度超过临界注水强度1倍。Wastewater reinjection technology has been adopted in Wang 27 block of Dagang oilfield since 1992.Only after 6 months,it showed serious injection-production problems of rapid decrease of water injection rate,difficult injection,high pump pressure closing to formation fracturing pressure,and rapid declining production,which has brought serious impact on normal production.The analysis of water sample from wellhead as well as the core flow experiment under full simulation conditions indicated that the basic reason for reservoir damage is unqualified injection water and unreasonable water injection technology,including oil content beyond the scale 156 times,25%-52% permeability damage,and damage depth of 13 meters;size and content of suspended particle over the standards 3.7 times and 100 times,53%-66% permeability damage,and damage depth of 1.2 meters;super standard corrosion rate,and 1 times of critical water injection intensity.
