摘  要:为研究棉花数量性状的遗传基础及纤维品质的QTL位点,试验以陆地棉新陆早7号和海岛棉苏K202为亲本杂交,从F2代开始采用自交构建了一套含183个F2∶F3的作图群体。以试验田间表型数据和纤维品质送测结果的分析表明:群体各性状的变异幅度大,分离显著,纤维性状的分布都达到或接近正态分布,体现出数量基因控制的分离群体的特点。168对SSR引物对F2个体扩增得到标记数据,经卡方检验符合1∶2∶1的共显性分离比列规律。说明本群体是一个适合的遗传作图理想群体。To study the inheritable base of the cotton of quantity character and fiber quality QTL mapping of economic traits, Gossypiurn hirsuturn Xinluzao 7 and G. barbadense SuK202 are crossed between the parents. The mapping population of 183 F2 : F3 is established by using self-cross from the beginning of F2. The phenotypic data of experimental fields and the tested results of fiber quality show that the range of population character varies more largerly,its separation is more remarkable, the distribution of fiber character reaches normal distribution, which show the character of separable population that is controlled by quantitative gene. F2 is amplificated by 168 pairs of SSR primers and obtains marked data, whose proportion is 1 : 2 : 1 codominance separation by chi-square test inspection. Therefore, this population can be considered to be an ideal material for further constructing genetic map.
