摘　　要：目的探讨经皮激光间盘减压术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效。方法使用Nd:YAG激光治疗机(波长1064nm)对56例椎间盘源性腰痛患者进行经皮激光间盘减压术,术后参考Macnab标准随访3个月以上。结果术后3个月时,优32例,良20例,可3例,差1例,优良率为92.9%,无神经损害、感染等并发症发生。结论经皮激光间盘减压术是治疗椎间盘源性腰痛安全、微创、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous laser disc decompression on lumbar discogenic pain. Methods 56 patients with lumbar discogenic pain were treated with percutaneous laser disc decompression with Nd： YAG laser （wavelength 1064 nm）. They were followed up for more than 3 months with Macnab criteria. Results All the patients were followed up. At the end point of postoperative 3 months, 32 patients had an excellent outcome,20 were good, 3 patients were fair, 1 patient were poor. No complication （infection and nerve injury） had been observed. Conclusion Percutaneous laser disc decompression is a safe, little invasive and effective treatment modality for lumbar discogenic pain.
