摘　　要：本文根据金不换的原植物资源及生物碱类型对金不换戒毒作用的有效成分进行了综述.总结出6种具有镇痛功效的生物碱有效成分,分别是L-四氢巴马亭、千金藤素、千金藤定碱、青藤碱、青风藤碱、异紫堇定碱.为戒毒中药的进一步理论研究和新药的开发利用做好准备,为民族医药的发展提供理论基础.In recent years, Stephania is applied in the drug rehabilitation of the Chinese traditional medicine. Its effective components are composed of many kinds of alkaloids. In order to reseach the drug rehabilitation function of Stephania, we summarize the effective component of drug rehabilitation according to the original plant resources and the alkaloid type in our paper. Six kinds of effective components are summed up, which is L-tetrabydropalmatine, cepharanthine, stepholidine, sinomenine, sinoacutine, isocorydine, respectively.
