摘 要:目的:研究阴道假丝酵母菌小鼠模型血液和阴道灌洗液中单核巨噬细胞百分比含量变化和cfu(菌落形成单位)计数,探讨单核巨噬细胞代表的先天免疫抗小鼠阴道假丝酵母菌感染的作用。方法:构建1次感染和2次感染阴道假丝酵母菌病小鼠模型,在感染后的2、7、14天检测小鼠血液和阴道灌洗液中单核巨噬细胞百分比含量和cfu计数。对照组为正常小鼠。结果:1次感染和2次感染小鼠的阴道灌洗液及血液中单核巨噬细胞百分比含量(在白细胞中的比重)和cfu计数均在感染后的第7天最高(P<0.05)。与感染后的相同时间进行比较,接受2次感染小鼠的阴道灌洗液及血液中单核巨噬细胞百分比含量和cfu计数均比接受1次感染的含量增高(P<0.05),而且阴道灌洗液中的含量高于血液(P<0.05)。对照组阴道灌洗液单核巨噬细胞百分比含量和cfu计数几乎为零,血液中的含量低于实验组(P<0.001)。结论:单核巨噬细胞在对抗小鼠阴道假丝酵母菌感染中起保护作用,特别是对2次感染的小鼠,且局部作用大于系统作用。Objective :To study the role of innate immunity in vaginal candidiasis with murine model, through detecting the content variation of mononuclear macrophage and colonal formation unit(cfu) in blood and vaginal fluids during the infection. Method:The mice were randomly divided into three groups. The first group was infected only once and the second group was infected two times. The content variation about mononuclear macrophage and and cfu in blood and vaginal fluids were detected on day 2,7, and 14 postinfection. The third group was control group. Results: The content variation of mononuclear macrophage and cfu in vaginal flu- ids and blood were the highest on days 7 in both study groups. According to the same days postinfection, the content variation of mononuclear macrophage and cfu in vaginal fluids and blood in the second group were higher than that of the first group. The content variation in vaginal fluids was also higher than in the blood. The content variation of mononuclear macrophage and cfu in vaginal fluids of the third group was not deteced, and was lower in the blood than that of the other groups. Conclusion:mononuclear macrophage play an role in protecting against vaginal candidiasis, especially in secondary infection, and the local role is more important than systemic role. So the innate immunity represented by mononuclear macrophage plays an role in host defense mechanisms.
