摘 要:目的:探讨一步制粒法制备美诺佳颗粒的工艺特点。方法:以糊精、蔗糖粉等作为一步制粒的底料,喷入中药流浸膏进行制粒,同时湿法制粒。结果:与传统的湿法制粒相比,一步制粒法制备的颗粒符合药典要求,颗粒致密均匀、流动性好、质量稳定;制备时间、物粒损耗均小于湿法,生产工艺简单,工作强度小。结论:一步制粒法制备的美诺佳颗粒符合GMP生产的要求,可在大生产中推广应用。Aim: To investigate the procedure characteristics in the preparation of Meinuojia granule by fluidized bed granulation. Methods:Meinuojia granule was prepared by spraying liquid extract of Chinese medicine to the seed power which was composed of dextrin and sugar etc in the prescription. Influence factors and procedure characteristics were carefully observed. Results : Compared with conventional wet granulation, fluidized bed granulation had the advantages of higher labor efficiency and lower labor intensity, etc. Uniform granule could be obtained with stable quality. Conclusion: Fluidized bed granulation is suitable for the preparation of Meinuojia granule.
