摘  要:目的:建立小鼠血浆中β-榄香烯的反相高效液相色谱法含量分析方法。方法:小鼠血浆中加入2倍体积的乙腈提取出β-榄香烯用于测定。色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(体积比90:10),检测波长为205nm,流速为1mL/min。结果:血浆中其他组分不影响β-榄香烯的检测,在0.4~24.0mg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好(Y=160.73X-24.12,r=0.9996),相对回收率〉(95.70±3.07)%。结论:本方法具有简单、快速、准确等特点,适用于测定血浆中β-榄香烯的浓度。Aim :To establish a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography method for determination of β- elemene in mouse plasma. Methods :β-elemene in mouse plasma was extracted by acetonitrile with a volume ratio of 1 : 2. The detection was carried out on Hypersil BDS C18 (5 μm, 4.6 mm × 200 mm) by using acetonitrile-water(90 : 10) as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL/min at 205 nm. Results: β-elemene could be well separated from other components in plasma. The linear range was 0.4 - 24.0 mg/L( Y = 160.73X - 24.12 ,r = 0. 999 6) , and the average recovery was more than (95.70± 3.07)%. Conclusion: This method provides a simple, rapid, and accurate way in detection of blood concentration of β-elemene.
