摘　　要：热轧带钢工作辊在轧制生产中,承受较大的交变载荷作用,在轧制生产中如果控制不当,极易出现轧制事故。本文介绍了预防轧辊缺陷的各种监控措施,以期减少轧辊事故的发生,同时发挥轧辊更大的效能。Hot strip working roller endure the major alternating load on line, if control unsuitable easy to cause accident occurrence. Here introduce the precautions and monitoring measures of roller defect and reduce the accident occurrence, exert bigger efficiency.
