摘 要:国内外桥梁防腐涂装常采用醇酸树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯为原料的几种漆膜,其老化问题已经引起人们的注意。刷涂新漆前须脱除旧漆膜,旧的脱漆方式对桥梁钢结构表面和环境都有一定损害,采用水性脱漆剂已成为目前研究的热点。水性脱漆剂的挥发性和毒性相对较小,对环境的影响小;种类繁多,可用于各种不同的漆膜,但其脱漆效率与有机溶剂型脱漆剂相比还有待提高。The polymer used in steel bridge painting has only a few kinds, such as alkyd, epoxy resin and so on. Its aging problem has drawn much attention. Before given a new coating, the aging coating has to be removed, but the old removing method may do some damage to the surface of the steel structure and the environment. Use of aqueous coating remover has become a hot researching item for present research. The aqueous coating remover has relative low volatility and low toxicity, and as a result, less harm to the environment. There are many kinds of such coating membranes but their paint removing effect still need to be improved, compared with the paint -remover of organic solvent.
