摘  要:熨平板是摊铺机上的重要部件,焊接变形和金加工精度难以保证一直是熨平板生产工艺中的难题。熨平板的焊接量大,焊缝位置复杂,而且片件(零件)材质和厚度都不均匀,在焊接过程中使用了搭焊平台、焊接变位机和焊夹具等工装,可以有效地控制焊接变形量。由于焊接冷却后焊缝收缩会使焊接后尺寸减小,采用反变形法能使焊接冷却后的尺寸控制在公差范围内。熨平板金加工理想的加工方式是在卧式加工中心上用专用工装夹具定位夹紧工件后,按照合理的顺序加工。为了保证VB1250熨平板金工精度和避免产生加工振动和装夹变形,设计出两套合理的工装夹具,使VB1250型熨平板的金加工合格率一直在95%以上。Screed is an important part of a paver.Welding distortion and difficulty to ensure machining accuracy have been a hard nut to crack in manufacturing processes of screeds.Screeds feature large amount of welding,complex welding seam positions and uneven material quality and thickness of plate pieces.During the welding,fixtures such as tag welding platform,welding positioner and welding clamp are utilized,which can effectively control welding distortion.A negative distortion method is applied to control dimensions within tolerances after weldment cooling by taking into account the dimension reduction due to welding seam shrink.An ideal machining method for a screed is to position and fasten the work piece with some dedicated fixture on a parallel machining center and then machine it in rational sequence.In order to ensure machining accuracy of VB1250 screed and avoid machining vibration and clamping distortion,two sets of fixtures are designed,which makes qualified machining ratio of VB1250 screed higher than 95% all the while.
