摘 要:介绍了核壳型乳胶粒子的基本形态结构和常用的表征手段,详细说明了用透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征核壳型乳胶粒子结构的两种情况,即分析透射电子显微镜法、普通透射电子显微镜法(免染色法和选择性染色法),并给出了它们的适用范围。分析透射电子显微镜适合表征所有类型的核壳型乳胶粒子,免染色法只适合表征乳胶粒内各组分对电子束散射能力差别较大的体系,选择性染色法适合于染色试剂能够使乳胶粒子的某一组分发生化学反应的情况。相关的研究者可以根据自己研究体系的具体情况和表征手段的条件,选择用哪种方法来表征乳胶粒子的核壳结构。为从事相关研究的工作者准确地证明乳胶粒子是否确实具有核壳结构提供有益的帮助。The fundamental morphologies of core/shell latex particle and common characterization methods were presented. The core/shell latex partide which was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was elucidated in detail by two categories, i.e. analytical TEM method and general TEM method ( un - staining method and selectively staining method). The application extent of these methods was also presented. Analytical TEM method was suitable for characterization all categories of core/shell latex particles. Un - staining method suited to the latex particle whose different components had large difference ability to electron scattering. Selectively staining method suited to the latex particle whose certain component could react by the staining reagent. The related researchers could choose the suitable method to characterize the core/shell latex particle according to the specific conditions of their study and the characterization technology. The aim of this paper was to supply some help for the related researchers to confirm the latex particle whether or not had core/shell structure.
