摘 要:水性聚氨酯是以水为分散介质的二元胶体体系,与溶剂型聚氨酯相比具有无毒、不易燃烧、不污染环境等优点,已被广泛应用于皮革涂饰、汽车涂装、纤维处理、造纸工业助剂、涂料和胶黏剂等领域。但是相同固含量下水性聚氨酯比溶剂型聚氨酯干燥时间长,对于快节奏的现代生产线的生产要求,这是一个缺点。为解决此问题,提高水性聚氨酯的固含量是最有效的途径之一。综述了国内外高固含量水性聚氨酯的合成进展。从原料的选择、分散工艺等方面分析了提高固含量的方法。In contrast to the solvent - borne polyurethane," the water - borne polyurethane has advantages of being free of toxicity and pollution and not flammability etc. , and it thus has been used extensively in the fields of leather and automobile decoration, fiber treatment, additive for paper making industry, coatings and adhesives. However, the drying time for water - borne polyurethane is longer than that for solvent - borne polyurethane when they have the same solid content. Increasing the solid content is one of the most effective ways to solve this problem. The progress in synthesis of high solid content water - borne polyurethane is reviewed, the methods for increasing the solid content are analyzed from the aspects of raw materials selection and dispersion technology.
