摘　　要：本文论述了军队医院全成本核算管理的管理部门职能定位、管理系统基础平台、管控具体措施等方面的问题,提出了具有宏观指导性的对策。The article pointed out the main problems of total cost-accounting management in military hospital including functional orientation of management department and basic platform of management system as well as the control measures.And the author put forward some macroscopic guiding countermeasures.
