摘　　要：通过两年推行全成本核算管理以及实行物资集中采购、全程量化、跟踪管理取得明显成效。全院质量效益意识明显增强;经济效益明显提高;管理工作规范有序;运行成本下降;军事效益不断提高。In recent two years,our hospital achieved tangible results through carrying out total cost accounting,concentrated purchase,through quantization and following management.At the same time,we made the following effects,which were the strengthening of quality and effectiveness mentality,the evident improvement of economic benefit,the descent of operation and increase of military benefits.
