摘　　要：本文介绍了医院落实总部和军区有关物资采购制度改革的指示精神,始终坚持以科学发展观为指导,以规范经济管理经济管理、建设节约型医院、纯正医疗行业风气、构建和谐医患关系为目的,在全院实行物资集中采购。通过强化物资的规范化管理,规范了物资采购工作,杜绝了流通环节的漏洞,提高了采购质量,促进了医院各项建设的深入发展。To follow the spirits of introduction of headquarters and command,the system of resources concentrated stocking had been carried out in the hospital which uniformed stocking work and improve stocking quality.The action directed by the viewpoint of scientific development normalized the economic management and established harmonious relationship of doctors and patients.Meanwhile,these methods promoted the overall development of hospital.
