摘 要:评述了鞍钢7号高炉应用自焙碳块陶瓷体复合炉缸的发展过程。生产实践表明,这种复合炉缸具有良好的保温性能,可使铁水温度提高8~18℃,生铁硅含量降低约0.1%。开炉半年后完成自焙过程,一年半后炉缸形成稳定温度场,1150℃等温线均匀分布在陶瓷砌体内或内侧、陶瓷砌体和碳砖接触处,温度均匀且小于800℃。此炉缸设计合理、成本低、砌筑方便,预计寿命可达8~10年。The development and application of compound hearth with both partially graphitized self-baking carbon block and ceramic brickwork in the No.7 blast furnace at Anshan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. is reviewed in the present paper. It is proved by production practice, that the compound hearth has a good heat preservation by which the temperature of hot metal is increased by 8~18℃ and the silicon dissolved in hot metal decreased by 0.1%, which are favourable for the fluidity of hot metal and intensification of operation. After blowing-in for half of a year the self-baking process is completed and the stable temperature field of the hearth is formed and an iso-therm of 1150℃ is located inside the ceramic brickwork and interfacial temperature between the carbon brick and ceramic brickwork is uniformly distributed and less than 800℃. The design of the compound hearth is reasonable, the cost is lower, and the bricking is simple. A blast furnace campaign of 8 to 10 years is predicted.
