摘　　要：分析结构工程专业毕业实习过程中存在的问题,从毕业实习基地的建设、毕业实习指导方法的完善、采用集中和分散实习相结合以及产学研相结合的毕业实习模式、完善毕业实习管理制度等各环节开展研究,证明新的毕业实习指导模式能够着重培养学生动手能力、观察能力、分析能力和综合能力,对学生的社交能力、团结协作和组织管理能力、思想品德、工作态度及作风等各方面都有很大影响,提高了毕业设计质量.This paper analyzes the problems in the graduation practice of structural engineering major from the construction of graduation practice bases, the perfection of tutoring methods for graduation practice, the use of graduation practice model of the combination of concentration and decentralization and the combination of industry, learning and research, the perfection of management system for graduation practice, etc. It demonstrates that the tutoring model for graduation practice can emphatically cultivate students＇ ability to do things by hand, to observe, and to analyze, and comprehensive ability, and has great effects on students＇ social ability, ability to collaborate with others, organizing ability, moral character, working attitude and style, and thus improves the quality of graduation theses.
