发展管理哲学研究的学术价值及科学展望

摘　　要：通过以科学发展观统领发展管理哲学研究的思想内涵,提出以广义社会发展系统协同理论研究为代表的发展管理哲学研究命题。综合评价基于发展管理哲学思维的广义社会发展复杂过程系统研究的学术价值取向。科学评价发展管理哲学的前瞻性研究基础及其内容结构。从塑造发展管理哲学精神品格的视阈,科学展望发展管理哲学研究的广袤发展时空及昭彰时代精神的深邃意蕴。发展管理哲学研究以其广义社会发展系统协同理论研究的成果展示,显现了其关系社会发展复杂问题研究、关系广义社会过程系统变异规律研究的历史性定位和使命。通过倡导和弘扬发展管理哲学研究,致力于为中国管理科学与工程界在社会发展管理科研领域开辟新的学术研究方向,为中国构建和谐社会创新型理论体系提供决策信息支持。This paper expounds the ideological connotation of research on development management philosophy guided by scientific development concept, and puts forward the topic of research on development management philosophy represented by synergetic theory of general society development system. It comprehensively evaluates the academic value orientation of research on the complicated process system of general society development which is based on development management philosophy, and scientifically assesses prospective research basis, content and structure of the philosophy. Fr＇om the perspective of fostering the spirits of a development management philosopby, this paper scientifically envisions the broad prospect of research on the philosophy and unfolds the profound meaning of spirits of the time. By presenting the achievement of synergetic theory research of general society development system, the development management philosophy research shows the historic orientation and its mission of the research on complicated problems occurred in social development and variability law of general society process system. This paper advocates and promotes the development management philosophy research in order to put forward new academic research directions of China＇s management science and engineering in the scientific research field of social development management, and to give decisive support of information for China to form an innovative theory system of a harmonious society.
