摘 要:讨论了随机参数服从任意分布时平面连杆机构运动精度可靠性设计问题。在已知基本随机参数前4阶矩的情况下,应用随机摄动法和Edgeworth级数方法对平面连杆机构运动精度进行可靠性分析,通过计算机程序可以实现随机参数服从任意分布的平面连杆机构运动精度可靠性设计,迅速、准确地得到平面连杆机构运动精度可靠度。计算表明,提出的方法是实用、有效的。The reliability designing problems of movement accuracy of planar connecting rod mechanism were discussed when its stochastic parameters were submitted to arbitrary distribution. Under the condition of known first four ordered matrixes of the basic stochastic parameters and by the application of perturbation method and Edgeworth series method the reliability analysis was carried out on the movement accuracy of planar connecting rod mechanism. The reliability design on movement accuracy of planar connecting rod mechanism with its stochastic parameters submitted to arbitrary distribution can be achieved with the aid of computer program, and the reliability of movement accuracy of planar connecting rod mechanism was obtained rapidly and accurately. The calculation indicated that the proposed method was practical and effective.
