摘  要:根据曲柄摇杆机构的行程速比系数K(即极位夹角θ)和摇杆摆角ψ,通过引入曲柄固定铰链点的位置角,建立了曲柄、连杆和机架长度关于θ和ψ的显式函数关系;在此基础上,研究了机构设计的可能附加要求及其相应的设计方法,为曲柄摇杆的设计提供了各种可能选项;进而分析了各种附加要求必须满足的条件,以确保该机构存在且可用。In line with coefficient of travel and speed ratio K of crank-rocker mechanism (i. e. included angle of extreme positions θ) and swinging angle of rocker ψ, and by means of introducing the positional angle of the fixed hinge of crank, the explicit functional relationship of θ and ψ with regard to crank, connectingrod and length of machine frame was established. Taking this as a base, the possible additional requirements of mechanism design and its corresponding designing method were studied, thus provided various possible options for the design of crank and rocker, and then the conditions must be satisfied for various additional requirements were analyzed so as to ensure the existence of this mechanism and to be useable.
