摘　　要：在现代高校学生教育管理中,随着学生层次的不断变化,进入大学校园以后,个人的求学目的不尽相同,希望达到的素质标准目标各不相同,同时大学生心理也在不断变化。对于高校学生管理者来说,运用适度的激励可以引发学生积极向上,激发其成就内驱力即成就动机,激发其内在积极性,使其经过自己的积极行动不断追求成功,最大发挥自己的潜能。In the management of Students＇ affairs in modern colleges and universities,with the changes of the students levels, the purposes of their study are quite different, thus the quality aims that they wish to achieve are different; at the same time, their thoughts are experiencing great changes. So it is possible for the administra- tors in colleges and universities to use incentive mechanism to stimulate students＇ achievements motivation and their inner initiative,leading them to work hard to pursue success and make full use of their potentiality.
