摘  要:近年来,经济全球化和多元文化的激烈竞争,使"汉语热"在世界范围内持续升温,成为一个备受关注的国际文化现象。与此同时,中国的对外汉语教学在经历了半个世纪的发展历程后,开始转向汉语国际推广,主动积极地扩大中国文化的国际影响力。作为中国首善之区的北京,在汉语国际推广中具有独特的历史使命:在建构文化交往平台、弘扬传统文化、展示当今中国文化风貌等方面有着不可替代的作用;目前汉语国际推广在体制创新、宣传策略、理论研究和信息建设等环节上均存在着亟待解决的问题;北京文化建设在如何适应汉语国际推广的需要方面还应充分发掘教育资源,努力提升市民素质,加强历史文化名城的保护与开发。Economy globalization and fierce manifold-cultural competition has speeded up global learning and uses of the Chinese language, which is now an international cultural phenomenon. At the same time, teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China, after half a century's advancement, is now beginning to turn towards popularizing Chinese internationalization so as to initiatively spread the international fame of the Chinese culture. Beijing, the Prime Virtue of China, has a unique historical mission in this activity. In fact, it plays an irreplaceable role in building up the cultural communication interface, constructing overseas Confucian Colleges, upholding the traditional Chinese culture, and displaying aspects of the current Chinese culture. However, there are problems that demand immediate solution in the system innovation, advertising strategy, theoretical study, and information administration, particularly in Beijing, which has great potentials in educational resources, in promoting the civilian quality, and in protecting and developing the historical and cultural cosmopolitan city of fame.
