低场磁共振成像在女性盆腔肿块诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨低场磁共振在女性盆腔肿块诊断中的实用价值。方法63例女性盆腔病变患者,分别做MR I与B超检查,26例同时行MR I增强扫描。结果子宫肌瘤17例,子宫内膜癌11例,宫颈癌5例,卵巢子宫内膜异位9例,畸胎瘤11例,卵巢囊腺瘤3例,卵巢癌6例,输卵管恶性苗勒氏管混合瘤1例。MR I与手术病理诊断符合率93.65%(59/63),B超检查为60.31%(38/63)。结论低场磁共振成像对女性盆腔肿瘤的定位及定性诊断均有一定帮助。Objective To investigate the capability of low field MR imaging in diagnosing the female pelvic masses . Methods 63 women with pelvic masses were undergone low field MR and ultrasonic examinations. Of them,26 patients were examined by enhanced MR scan. Results Among these 63 patients,the lesions included：Hysteromyoma in 17,endometrial carcinoma in 11, cervical carcinoma in 5 ,ovarian ndometrioma in 9, teratoma in 11, ovarian cystadenoma in 3, ovarian carcinoma in 6 and malignant Mullerian duct mixed tumor of salpinx in 1. The diagnostic rates corresponding to operation - pathology of MR imaging and ultrasound were 93.65 % and 60.31% respectively. Conclusion Low field MR imaging is of certain significance in localizing and qualitative diagnosis of the female pelvic tumors.
