摘  要:目的评价CT同层动态增强扫描在分析肝纤维化中的作用。方法建立家兔肝纤维化模型21只,分批分期行CT同层动态增强扫描,后取肝脏行病理检查,然后进行分组,用SPSS 10.0统计软件分析。结果发现门静脉与肝实质增强峰值在正常对照组与肝纤维化各组间有统计学意义(P<0.05),而肝纤维化各组间无统计学意义。另外,门静脉与肝实质增强峰值时间无统计学意义。结论门静脉与肝实质增强峰值有可能对评价肝纤维化有一定价值。Objective To evaluate the role of the single - level dynamic CT scan in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis. Methods There were 21 rabbits involved in this study, Carbon Tetrachloride was injected intraperitoneally to make the model of rabbit liver fibrosis. The single - level dynamic CT scan was performed in control group and experimental groups in batches and by grades, then the changes of hepatic pathology was observed. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 10.0 statistical software. One - Way analysis of variance was used to compare every rank data respectively. P 〈 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results Average peak enhancement of liver parenchyma and portal vein by single - level dynamic CT were statistical significant difference in control group and expermental groups. The peak times of liver parenchyma and portal vein in all stages were not statistical significant difference. Conclusion The stage of hepatic fibrosis can be evaluated by peak enhancement of liver parenchyma and portal vein objectively.
