摘 要:近大气压条件下,在介质阻挡放电系统中得到了氩气和空气混合气体在300~800nm范围内的发射光谱,研究了中等pd值(约6.4×103Pa.cm)氩气和空气混合气体中电子激发温度与分子振动温度。实验选用两条ArⅠ谱线763.51nm(2P6→1S5)与772.42nm(2P2→1S3),用强度对比法测量电子激发温度,利用氮分子第二正带系(C3Πu→B3Πg)计算氮分子振动温度。实验结果表明:电子激发温度和分子振动温度均随电压的增加而增加,并且电子激发温度随电压的变化速率大于分子振动温度的变化速率。The optical emission spectra of Ar/air dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) scanned from 300-800 nm near atmospheric pressure were obtained. Electron excitation temperature (Text) and molecule vibrational temperature (Tv) in Ar/air DBD at the middle value of pressure-distance (pd) product (about 6. 4 × 10^3 Pa ·cm) were studied. The ArI 763.51 nm(2P6→1S5 ) and 772.42 nm(2P2→1S3 ) lines were chosen to estimate Text. Tv was measured by the N2 second positive band ( C^3Πu→B3Πg ). It was found that Texc and Tv increase with increasing applied voltage. And the varying rate of Texc with increasing voltage is bigger than that of Tv.
