摘 要:2007年10月28日,由上海市政府、中国科学院、中国工程院主办的第103期东方科技论坛"本草物质组计划"专题研讨会在上海沪杏科技图书馆隆重举行。中科院大连化学物理研究所梁鑫淼研究员在本次论坛上提出了《本草物质组计划》的设想与建议,该《计划》深入分析了本草物质组计划的背景、目标、任务、路线、策略和可行性,建议对我国的中药资源进行系统研究,全面解析中药物质组成、结构和功能,构建本草物质资源库,从而完整系统地阐述中药的多组分多靶点整体调节机制,解读中药的科学性,丰富和发展中医药理论,建立我国完整的知识产权保护体系,为可持续、高效的重大创新中药研究和产业化提供技术与资源支撑。该《计划》为我国中药现代化科学研究描绘出较为清晰的路线图,具有十分重要的科学意义和深远影响。该《计划》的产生源于中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目"基于现代化理论和技术的复方中药系统研究"和科技部973计划项目"方剂关键科学问题的研究"。Editor's note: No. 103 Eastern Forum of Science and Technology (EFST) with topic of "Herbalome Project" was held successfully in Shanghai Science & Technology Museum on October 28th, 2007. This forum was sponsored by Shanghai government, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering. As the keynote speech, Professor Dr. Xinmiao Liang proposed the vision and suggestion on "Herbalome Project". He investigated the background, objective, mission, route, strategy and feasibility of this project thoroughly, and suggested that a systematic resource research on Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs) be carried out. This project should comprehensively disclose the composition, the structure and the function of TCMs, and construct the library of herb substance resources. The multi - components and multi- target comprehensive regulation mechanism of TCMs is aimed to be elucidated sufficiently, which will assure the scientific nature of TCMs. Novel theory about application of TCMs will be developed. And the systematic Chinese intellectual property protection system of TCMs will be established that will provide technical and resource support for the innovation and manufacture of grand TCM products. This project described a relative feasible roadmap for modernization of TCMs with important science significant and social effects. The origin of this project is basins on the key project of the Knowledge Innovation Program supported by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Grant: KGGX2 -SW- 213) -"Systematic Research on Chinese Medicine Compound basing on Modern Theory and Techniques" and the key project supported by 973 program of Ministry of Science and Technology (Grant: G19990544) - "The fundamental study on critical scientific problem of prescriptions".
