摘　　要：目的:应用HPLC-MS/MS法对蝮蛇肉中肌苷进行定性鉴别与含量测定。方法:通过HPLC-MS联用技术鉴定了蝮蛇肉中存在肌苷,同时用HPLC法测定了蝮蛇肉中肌苷的含量。结果:鉴定了蝮蛇肉中存在肌苷并测得其含量为0.5245mg/g。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,为蝮蛇药材的质量控制提供了有效的方法。Authors developed an approach to measure inosine in A. halys（Pallas） using HPLC - MS/MS. They identified and measured inosine in A. halys（Pallas） using both HPLC and MS. The result showed that the snake had an inosine concentration of 0. 5245mg/g in its body. It is concluded that the approach is simple to operate with accurate results, desirable for the quality control of application of A. halys（Pallas） as a medicine.
