摘　　要：本文分析了财政可持续性的含义和本质,并阐释财政可持续的条件。在此基础上,作者指出非蓬齐博弈条件只是动态有效经济下的偿债增长标准,它是隐含于该条件下的。而马约的债务负担率指标也以该条件为理论基础。作者进而介绍了近年来跳出单纯债务研究的财政可持续性研究的新思路。After explaining the meaning and essence of fiscal sustainability, the author turns to elucidate its condition. The author also shows that No--Ponsi Game Rule is only valid under dynamically efficient economy. And the standard on debt ratio prescribed by the Maastricht Treaty is theoretically based on this condition. Several new researches which does not focus on debt are worth noticing and improving.
