三甲氧基硅烷季铵盐的合成工艺研究

摘　　要：有机硅季铵盐是一种阳离子可聚合表面活性剂,同时也是一种优良的抗菌整理剂。本文以γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,12/14叔胺为原料,碘化钾为催化剂,采用一步反应直接合成了三甲氧基硅烷季铵盐,并考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间以及温度、溶剂对反应的影响。考察得知最佳的反应条件为:用乙醇作溶剂,反应温度控制在80℃,通氮气保护反应39 h,叔胺∶硅烷∶催化剂为1∶1∶0.01。此条件下产物的收率可达92%。Quaternary ammonium silicone were a kind of new cationic surfactant and applied in many fields such as fabric finishing agent, antibacterial anent, chemical engineering, etc. The quaternary ammonium silicone was synthesized by one-step reaction of γ-chloropropyl trimethoxy silane and 12/14 alkyldimethylamine, catalyzed by sodium iodide. The effects of reaction conditions on the results were studied. The optimum conditions for the synthesized were obtained, and the yield of product reached 92 %.
