摘  要:以水性聚氨酯(WPU)为组分Ⅰ、聚(丙烯酸正丁酯-苯乙烯)(PBS)为组分Ⅱ,采用两步法合成了WPU/PBS互穿聚合物网络(IPNs)乳液。探讨了组分Ⅰ/组分Ⅱ及组分Ⅱ中BA/St的配比对WPU/PBS IPNs体系性能的影响。结果表明,当组分Ⅰ,组分Ⅱ与BA/St配比分别为60/40时,WPU/PBS互穿聚合物网络具有较好的综合性能.A series of waterborne polyurethane/poly (n-butyl acrylate-styrene) emulsions with interpenetrating polymer networks (WPU/PBS IPNs) were prepared by two-step polymerization. Effects of mix proportion of component Ⅰ (WPU)/ component Ⅱ (PBS) and BA/St in compound Ⅱ on performance of WPU/PBS IPNs system were discussed. Testing results showed that when the ratio of component Ⅰ / component Ⅱ and BA/St were 60/40, WPU/PBS interpenetrating polymer networks was of better comprehensive performance.
