县级社区学院的办学经费来源及启示

摘　　要：美国社区学院的经费来自于联邦及州政府的补助约占2／3，来自于外界捐款及学员学费约占1／3。德国民众高等学校的经费60％来自于政府补助，40％来自于学员学费收入。我国台湾社区大学的经费主要来自于学员的学费收入和台湾教育主管部门及各县市政府的经费补助。我国大陆县级社区学院的发展刚起步．各地政府对县级社区学院的经费支持力度不同．我们可以借鉴美国、德国和我国台湾的经验．结合我国大陆的实际情况．找到适合我国县级社区学院发展的经费来源渠道。Approximately,2/3 of the Community Colleges funds in America comes from federal and state government subsidy,the rest are from donation and student tuition. In Germany,60% of the colleges funds is from government subsidy,40% come from student tuition. In China,the funds of Taiwan Community Colleges mostly comes from the tuition and subsidy of Taiwan Ministry of Education and municipal governments;the county level Community Colleges in mainland are at the infant stage,the supports from local governments are different. The experience of America,Germany and Taiwan province can help China find the source of school funds for county level Community Colleges.
