摘　　要：以雷管生产线为例,结合生产的特殊性和气压传动的特点,利用梯形图语句编制控制程序,实现了生产过程的顺序控制。介绍了一种基于PLC控制的气动顺序控制系统,并对如何利用中间继电器、定时器等PLC的软元件解决程序设计中常见的问题进行了论述。Taking of the production line of industrial detonator as an example,with production particularity and the characteristic of the pneumatic actuator,this paper uses step ladder to realize sequential control.The sequentially-controlled pneumatic sys- tem based on PLC is introduced,and how to use soft part such as intermediate relay,timer in PLC program solving the common question is discussed in this paper.
