基于双CPU的经济型数控车床控制器

摘　　要：针对小型车床上的经济型数控系统功能要求,提出一种以DSP与单片机双CPU为核心的开环控制器。其中,DSP芯片完成车床的运动控制功能,单片机实现友好的人机交互,DSP与单片机之间使用双口RAM来快速通信。对控制器外围硬件电路和双CPU各自的软件设计等进行详细介绍。According to the function requirement and system composition of economic NC system on miniature lathe,an open- loop controller is studied and designed based on DSP and single chip using dual-port RAM to communicate,DSP controlled the movement of motion and a friend human-machine interface is realized by MCU,The design of hardware circuit and software is introduced detail in this paper.
