摘　　要：在加速器和束流输运线设计的参数中,束流发射度是描写束流品质的最重要的参数。为了提高束流品质,必须进行发射度的测量。利用虚拟仪器系统的概念来构造特定的测量系统是一个发展趋势。介绍的发射度测试仪,能够实现对各种设备的编程控制,完成数据的采集、传输和分析处理。In the parameter of accelerator and beam flux transit design,emittance is the most important parameter for the beam flux character.In order to improve beam flux character,it is necessary to measure the emittance.lt is a tide to construct a special measurement system for using virtual instrument.This paper introduces emittance measurement instrument,which can be programmed to control every kind of instrument,accomplish data acquisition,transmission and analysis.
