摘　　要：对双晶衍射仪实行改造，用一台ＰＣ＿４０１微机直接控制和进行小角散射等测量。实现了自动测量、数据处理及显示、输出等多种功能，扩大了应用范围。A PC_401 computer system was introduced to the double crystal goniometer for small angle scattering measurement. The new system provides the functions of automatic data collecting, processing storing, displaying and output. The analytical performance of the reformed instrument is remarkably improved.
