摘　　要：主要依据上海的抽样调查数据,在考察外来与本地劳动力基本特征的基础上,对比分析两者目前就业和就业转换差异,得出了一些有意义的结论。It is important for city economy and social development to know clearly the non-local labors＇ influence on city employment. Mainly according to Shanghai＇ sample survey data, the article analyzes the basic characteristics of non-local labors and local labors, on the base of this, studies with comparison their differences of present employment and employment transition, then draws some useful conclusions.
