摘　　要：大学一年级学生开发了PLC和变频器的研究性、自主性综合实验——全自动洗衣机的模拟运行。择优介绍了由学生自行完成的系统硬件和软件的设计方案,以及在实验过程中所遇到的技术难点和解决方法。该实验知识点新、综合性大、难度高且与实际密切相关,受到学生的普遍欢迎。This article introduced the synthetical experiment design based on PLC and inverters, the simulation operation of the full-automatic washing machine. It gave a detailed explanation of the hardware composition, software design and the key techniques.
