摘  要:水膨体是近年来中外广泛研究应用的一种调剖堵水剂,但由于陆上油田注水开发地层的复杂性,对其性能的要求也越来越高。室内以丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸单体为原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,甲醛合次硫酸氢钠-过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了耐温抗盐水膨体调剖堵水剂。研究了单体组成比例、单体质量分数质量分数、交联剂和引发剂用量等因素对产物性能的影响,确定了合适的丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸单体的物质的量比为9∶1。合成水膨体的室内性能评价结果表明,该水膨体具有较高的耐温抗盐性,且在90℃条件下,其岩心突破压力梯度大于0.31MPa/cm,放置7d后堵水率大于99.8%,经30倍孔隙体积水冲刷后,堵水率大于97%,说明新合成的水膨体具有良好的调剖堵水性能。Swellable particle is a widely used water-blocking agent in recent years. Because of waterflood development entered into the late period in many onshore oilfields and the complexity of layers requires good performance of the water-blocking agent. A new water-blocking swellable particle with good temperature-tolerance and salt-tolerance was synthesized from acrylamide (AM) and 2-acrylamido -2 - methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) , by means of aqueous solution polymerization. N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide was used as cross linking agent,CH2(OH) SO2Na · 2H2O and ( NH4 ) 2 S2 O8 as initiators. The effects of monomer composition,monomer concentration,cross linking agent content, initiator content on the properties of products are investigated. The suitable molar ratio of AM to AMPS is 9: 1. The experimental results show that the new products have good temperature -resist and salt - tolerant capability, when the temperature is 90t,the breakthrough pressure gradient is more than 0. 31 MPa/cm,and after 7 days the water plugging ratio is over than 99. 8%. After flushed by 30 PV of water,the water plugging ratio is still more than 97%. It has been proved to have good performance as profile control and blocking agent.
