“伏安法测表头内阻”数据处理方法的探讨

摘　　要：介绍伏安法测表头内阻的等精度测量和非等精度测量两种测量方案与相应的处理方法.提出了两种处理非等精度测量量的B类不确定度的处理方法,实验结果表明:这两种处理方法是合理的.In this article two measuring plans of weighted measurement and non - weighted measurement and corresponding processing methods are introduced to internal resistance measurement by Voltmeter - ammeter Method. The two methods using to handle type B standard uncertainty of non - weighted measurement quantity are advanced. Experimental results show that the Processing Methods are both reasonable.
